Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím různých systémů chlazení při broušení, především využitím mikromazání MQL firmy Accu-Lube. V práci je obecně popsáno broušení, opotřebení nástrojů, procesní kapaliny a jakost obrobeného povrchu. Experimentálně je při broušení zkoumána jakost povrchu, složky řezných sil, opotřebení nástroje a vliv procesních kapalin a změn procesních podmínek na tyto veličiny. |

This diploma thesis deals with the usage of different cooling systems for grinding, especially usage of micro lubrication MQL, from company Accu-Lube. In the thesis there is generally described grinding, tool wear, cooling fluids and quality of finished surface. The surface quality, components of cutting forces and tool wear is experimentally examined in dependence of cutting conditions and cutting fluids. |
