Má diplomová práce je zaměřena na ukládání trestu obecně prospěšných prací. Konkrétně jsem se zajímala o naplnění účelu tohoto trestu z hlediska jeho výkonu a z hlediska doby, která uplynula od spáchání trestného činu do nařízení výkonu trestu. Teoretická část je věnována institutům jako jsou trestný čin, trest, alternativními trest. Tě-žištěm teoretické části práce je trest obecně prospěšných prací, jeho výhody, právní úprava a ukládání. Krátce provádím srovnání s úpravou vybraných evropských zemí. V praktické části jsem se snažila analyzovat uložené tresty obecně prospěšných prací u konkrétního soudu a analýzy jsem doplnila rozhovory s odborníky působícími u soudu. |

My thesis focuses on the imposition of community service orders. Concretely I was interes-ted in the attaining the purpose of this punishment from the aspect of its execution and the length of time that has passed from the commitment of a crime to its order. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the institutes as crime, punishment, alterna-tive punishment. This part focuses on the community service, its advantages, legal regu-lation and imposing. I make a short comparision with legal regulations of chosen Europian countries. In the practical part of my thesis I tried to analyze community services, that were imposed by a concrete court and my analyses were completed with interviews provided by court practisting experts. |
