V této diplomové práci chci čtenáře seznámit s problematikou mimořádných událostí v podobě požárů a úniků nebezpečných látek, které mohou nastat v průmyslových objektech, s prevencí těchto mimořádných událostí a následným řešením vybraných mimořádných událostí pracovníky bezpečnostních agentur. Pracovníci bezpečnostních agentur by preventivní činností (prevencí) měli zabránit vzniku mimořádných událostí. V případě vzniku mimořádné události by díky své přípravě a dosažených znalostí měli minimalizovat možné následky mimořádné události v podobě ohrožení života a zdraví zaměstnanců, obyvatel v okolí objektu, majetku a životního prostředí. Práce by měla sloužit jako výukový materiál a je doplněna fotodokumentací. Jako velmi důležitá část práce je zde uvedena předlékařská první pomoc. Každý pracovník bezpečnostní agentury by měl v případě potřeby velmi pohotově zareagovat. Vzhledem k charakteru svého zaměstnání by jeho znalost první pomoci měla být na velmi vysoké úrovni. Dále uvedu některé softwarové nástroje pro okamžité vyhodnocení dopadů úniku nebezpečných látek, které by mohly sloužit pro potřeby bezpečnostních agentur. V praktické části uvedu konkrétní případ možné mimořádné události, preventivní opatření a následné řešení potenciálně vzniklé mimořádné události. |

In my diploma thesis I would like to introduce the problematic of extreme events in form of wildfires and outflow of toxic substances in industrial objects, the prevention of these extreme events and resulting solutions done by the employees of security agencies. The employees should avoid the occurrence of such extreme events by prevention. In case, that extreme situation happens, employees should minimalize their consequences in form of life and health threats of inhabitants near the industrial objects, property and life environment damage. The thesis should serve as a learning tutorial and is completed with photo documentation. Premedical first aid is also a very important part of my thesis. Each employee of security agency should be able to react very quickly in case of the need. Considering the type of their job, their knowledge of first aid should be excellent. In my thesis I will also describe some software tools for immediate evaluation for the outflow of toxic substances, which can be used in security agencies. In the practical part I will introduce a factual example of an extreme event, its preventive precaution and consequent solution for the event. |
