dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou personálního řízení, zejména systémy motivace, ve firmě Baťa do roku 1939 a ve firmě JZD AK Slušovice do roku 1990. Po přehledu základních poznatků z oblasti personálního řízení v teoretické části, následuje samotná analýza systémů motivace v obou podnicích a poté komparativní analýza těchto systémů, v praktické části, následovaná zamyšlením nad společnými prvky motivačních systémů obou podniků, časového hlediska na ně a aplikovatelností těchto prvků v současných podmínkách.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is concerned with the analysis of personnel management and systems of motivation particularly within the Baťa Company (till 1939) and JZD AK Slušovice (till 1990). After summarizing essential data on personnel management in the theoretical sec-tion, there follows an analysis of the motivation systems in place in both companies and then a comparison of these practices in the practical section. Afterwards, I review the common ground shared by these two motivational procedures, their standpoint in terms of time, and their applicability from a modern perspective.	en
