dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení realizovatelnosti investičního záměru a nalezení nejvhodnějšího způsobu financování investičního záměru společnosti XY. Teoretická část charakterizuje problematiku financování investičního záměru, jako jsou možné zdroje fi-nancování projektu, hodnocení projektů a finanční analýza podniku. Praktická část představuje společnost a její investiční záměr. Je zde provedena finanční analýza a analýza možných zdrojů financování investičního záměru. V závěru práce je na základě provedených analýz doporučení o možnosti financování investičního záměru.	cs

The theoretical part describes the issue of financing investment projects, as possible sources offi-project financing, project evaluation and financial analysis company. The practical part of the prerepresents the company and its investment objective.There is performed financial analysis and analysis of possible sources of financing investment projects.
