dc.description.abstract	Cieľom mojej diplomovej práce je navrhnúť projekt implementácie konceptu Balanced Score-card do systému riadenia Spoločnosti XY a.s. za účelom zefektívnenia hodnotenia výkonnosti podniku. Teoretická časť je venovaná dôležitosti stratégie a riadeniu výkonnosti podniku, pričom najväčšia časť sa týka konceptu BSC, jeho charakteristiky a implementácie do systé-mu riadenia. V praktickej časti sú prevedené jednotlivé analýzy vonkajšieho a vnútorného prostredia podniku a na základe výsledkov je navrhnutý projekt implementácie konceptu BSC na podmienky tejto Spoločnosti. Na záver sú vyhodnotené prínosy, riziká a odporučenia navrhnutého riešenia.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my thesis is to propose a project to implement the concept of Balanced Scorecard management system in the XY and in order to make the assessment of business performance. The theoretical part focuses on the importance of strategy and corporate performance, while the largest part relates to the concept of BSC, its characteristics and the implementation of the management system. In the practical part individual analyzes of internal and external business environment are transferred and the results of the proposed project is the implementation of the BSC concept in terms of the company. Finally, the evaluated benefits, risks and recommendations of proposed solution are evaluated.	en
