Diplomová práca sa zaoberá tematikou projektového riadenia so zameraním na stavebný priemysel a menšie firmy v ňom pôsobiace. V teoretickej časti sú spomenuté prínosy tohto typu riadenia, ale aj špecifiká pre malé organizácie a stavebné firmy. Ponúknutý je prehľad najrozšírenejších metodík a štandardov projektového riadenia, ako aj prehľad softvérov pre zjednodušenie plánovania a riadenia projektov. Práca tiež rozoberá implementáciu tohto typu riadenia a skúma jeho súčasný stav a možnosti zavedenia vo vybranej malej stavebnej firme ? HRAZDIL stav, s.r.o. Následne po preskúmaní inovačného potenciálu spoločnosti je v praktickej časti predložený komplexný projekt implementácie projektového riadenia vo forme vytvorenia projektovej kancelárie s pozíciou projektového manažéra a zavedenia softvéru na riadenie projektov. |

Master?s thesis deals with topic of project management, with focus on the construction industry and smaller companies operating within. In the theoretical part, benefits of this type of management are mentioned along with some specifics of small organizations and construction companies. Furthermore, an overview of the most common methodologies and standards of project management as well as types of project management software are mentioned. This thesis also discusses the implementation of this type of management and examines the currect level of PM?s employment and other possibilities of implementation into a selected small construction company ? HRADZDIL stav, s.r.o. Following an analysis of the company?s innovation potential, a comprehensive project to implement the project management bycreating a project management office with a position of a project manager and employment of new project management software is introduced. |
