dc.description.abstract	Cieľom diplomovej práce je navrhnúť projekt, ktorý bude viesť k zlepšeniu motivácie pracovníkov firmy ABC. V teoretickej časti sú zhrnuté základné teoretické poznatky týkajúce sa riadenia ľudských zdrojov, pracovnej motivácie a spokojnosti pracovníkov. Na základe teoretických poznatkov je v praktickej časti spracovaná analýza súčasného stavu motivačného systému firmy ABC pomocou dotazníkového prieskumu, pozorovania a osobných pohovorov s vedúcimi pracovníkmi. Výsledky analýzy poukazujú na silné a slabé stránky motivačného systému. Cieľom projektu je eliminovať slabé stránky opatreniami, ktoré sú zamerané na skvalitnenie systému odmien a pracovného prostredia, čo povedie k zvýšeniu výkonnosti firmy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is to propose a project, which will lead to an improvement of staff motivation in company ABC. The theoretical section summarizes basic theoretical information related to human resources management, motivation and job satisfaction of em-ployees. Based on the findings from the theoretical section, the practical section then produces an analysis of the current motivational system of company ABC acquired through questionnaires, observations and personal interviews with leading staff. The results indicate strenghts and weaknesses of the motivational system of company ABC. The aim of the project is to eliminate these weaknesses by measures focusing mainly on the improvement of the reward system and work environment, which will lead to increased business performance.	en
