Tématem této diplomové práce jsou možnosti zlepšení systému financování a finanční kontroly poskytované zdravotní péče v České republice. Cílem je charakterizovat základní druhy financování zdravotní péče a zjistit, jaká je spokojenost se současným systémem financování a finanční kontrolou ze strany zdravotnických zařízení a navrhnout možnosti zlepšení současné situace. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní druhy financování dle segmentů. Dále je v této části charakterizována finanční kontrola jak ze strany zdravotních pojišťoven, tak ze strany státních institucí. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou spokojenosti zdravotnických zařízení s jejich formou financování zdravotní péče a porovnáním úhrad zdravotní péče z hlediska jednotlivých zdravotních pojišťoven. V projektové části práce je zhodnocena situace a navržena opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení současné situace financování ve zdravotnictví. |

The topic of this thesis are Possibilities of improving the system of health care financing and financial control in the Czech Republic. The goal is to provide characteristics of basic types of health care financing and to find out what is the satisfaction level with the current financing system and current financial controls from the point of view of health care institutions. The goal of this thesis is also to propose possible improvements to the present si-tuation. The theory part of this thesis provides analysis of the basic types of financing divided by various health segments. This part also outlines the characteristics of the financial control mechanisms of health insurance companies as well as the financial control mechanisms of government institutions. The practical part provides analysis of the satisfaction of the health care providers with the forms of health care financing. It also compares health care coverage from the point of view of individual insurance companies. The conclusion of this thesis provides overall evaluation of the present situation in health care financing and suggests measures that would lead to an improvement in this field. |
