Cílem této práce je využití účetních výkazů za účelem optimalizace finančního řízení firmy RETRIM-CZ, s.r.o. Po charakteristice účetních výkazů i možností jejich vypovídacích schopností byla provedena finanční analýza pomocí tradičních metod, ale i využití novějších, komplexních způsobů. Zjištěné výsledky byly zhodnoceny a taktéž bylo navrženo několik možností ke zvýšení rentability podniku a zmírnění některých nepříznivých zjištění. |

The objective of this Bachelor's thesis is to examine using financial statements of a company RETRIM-CZ, to determine the possibilities of their actual financial management and propose some new possibilities for the purpose of optimalization of this financial management. After studying relevant literature, I made a financial analysis, counted relevant indicators, found out and described the results. I didn't use any traditional methods of the financial analysis only, but I also tried to use some modern and complex approaches. At the end I introduced appropriate measures for improving the financial situation. |
