Diplomová práca je zameraná na hodnotenie robotníkov a majstrov v spoločnosti C.S. Cargo Slovakia Logistics s.r.o Hlavným cieľom tejto práce je vypracovať projekt účinného systému hodnotenia robotníkov a majstrov. Celá práca je rozdelená do dvoch častí. Teoretická časť je zameraná na spracovanie poznatkov z odbornej literatúry. Praktická časť je venovaná predstaveniu spoločnosti a analýze súčasného systému hodnotenia pracovného výkonu robotníkov a majstrov v spoločnosti C.S. Cargo Slovakia Logistics. V praktickej časti je ďalej spracovaný projekt navrhovaného systému hodnotenia robotníkov a majstrov. Sú v ňom navrhnuté metódy a kritéria hodnotenia, očakávané prínosy a riziká, a výpočet predpokladaných nákladov. |

Master thesis is focused on performance appraisal of workers and foremen in the C.S. Cargo Slovakia Logistics s.r.o. The main aim of this thesis is to prepare a project of effective performance appraisal system of workers and foremen. The thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical part is focused on presentation of knowledge from scientific literature. In the practical part the company is introduced, the current performance appraisal system of workers and foremen in CS Cargo Company is analysed and the project of effective performance appraisal system of workers and foremen is suggested. There the methods and criteria of performance appraisal are suggested; also expected benefits, risks and costs calculations are included. |
