Cílem této diplomové práce je identifikovat rizika, která byla nejčastějšími příčinami vzniku mimořádných událostí v drážní dopravě v letech 2007 až 2011, včetně rozboru postupu složek Integrovaného záchranného systému při záchranných a likvidačních pracích při železničních haváriích a možnosti zapojení podniků komerční bezpečnosti do řešení tohoto problému. Práce má v podstatě sloužit jako přehled vybraných železničních nehod za posledních pět let v České republice, které reprezentují typově často podobné železniční havárie. V práci je uveden i legislativní rámec železničních havárií a nejdůležitější opatření navržená Drážní inspekcí ke zlepšení bezpečnosti na železnici. |

The aim of this dissertation is to identify the risks which were the most common cause of emergency events in rail transport from 2007 to 2011 including analysing course of action of Integrated Rescue System units during rescue and liquidation work in railway accidents and possibility of engaging companies of commercial safety in solving this problem. This work should basically serve as a summary of selected railway accidents within last five years in the Czech Republic which often represent the character of similar accidents. The legislation of railway accidents and the most important precautions proposed by the Railway Inspectorate to improve the safety on a railway is included in this thesis as well. |
