Práce pojednává o informační podpoře zdravotnické záchranné služby kraje a zaměřuje se na systémy tísňového volání, zpracování tísňového hovoru, poskytování telefonicky asistované první pomoci a operační řízení výjezdových skupin zdravotnické záchranné služby. Cílem práce je analýza současného stavu informační podpory a návrh možností zlepšení informační podpory zdravotnického záchranného systému. Součástí práce je dotazník, jehož cílem je zhodnocení stavu informační podpory zdravotnické záchranné služby, identifikování problematických oblastí a posouzení vývoje informační podpory zdravotnické záchranné služby. |

The thesis has dealt with the information support for lifesaving service within the region, and it has been focused on the emergency call systems, processing of an emergency call, provision of call-assisted first aid and operation management of rescue squads of the lifesaving service. The objective of the thesis is to analyze the present status of information support and suggestion of options to improve the information support for the lifesaving service. The thesis also includes a questionnaire the purpose of which is to assess the status of information support for lifesaving service, to identify the problem issues and to assess development of the information support for the lifesaving service. |
