dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je představení vybrané společnosti, následná analýza finančních výkazů a posléze návrh nejoptimálnější varianty financování investičního záměru. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je objasněna klasifikace investic, hodnocení jejich efektivnosti a také investiční strategie. Dále jsou popsány způsoby financování z vlastních i cizích zdrojů, zejména pak úvěr a leasing. V neposlední řadě jsou specifikována východiska pro finanční analýzu. Praktická část je věnována charakteristice společnosti a analýze její finanční situace. Následně je představen investiční záměr společnosti a popsány jednotlivé varianty financování formou bankovního úvěru a leasingu od tří finančních institucí. V závěru je doporučena nejvýhodnější varianta financování.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this diploma thesis is to present one selected company, its analyses of the fi-nancial statements and plan the most optimal versions for financing the investment project follows. Diploma thesis consists of two main parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part is explained the classification of investments, evaluating their efficiency and an investment strategy. In the next step there are described the ways of fi-nancing from own and external resources, especially credit and leasing. At the end are specified the basis for financial analysis. The practical part is devoted to the characteristics of the company and analysis of financial situation. Then an investment plan of the company is introduced and various options for financing through bank credit and leasing from three financial institutions are described. In conclusion, the best financing option is rec-ommended.	en
