Diplomová práce se zabývá konceptem Balanced Scorecard. Teoretická část zahrnuje vý-konnost podniku, strategickou analýzu a poté se dále věnuje samotnému konceptu Balan-ced Scorecard. Ve strategické analýze jsou popsány jednotlivé analýzy. Nakonec je vysvět-lena sama podstata konceptu Balanced Scorecard. Analytická část je věnována strategické analýze. Je zde udělána analýza vnitřního a vnější-ho prostředí, která slouží k identifikaci slabých míst podniku. Tato analýza je nápomocna při tvorbě konceptu Balanced Scorecard. V závěru analytické části je vytvořen koncept Balanced Scorecard pro společnost MEAS CZ, s.r.o. Cílem diplomové práce je imple-mentace konceptu Balanced Scorecard do systému měření a výkonnosti podniku. |

Master thesis describes the concept of the Balanced Scorecard model. First, theoretical part consists of corporate performance, strategy analysis and further uncovers entire concept. There are certain analysis being shown in the strategy analysis. The whole part is ended with the Balanced Scorecard concept description. Second, analytical part represents strategy analysis. Furthermore, external and internal en-vironment analysis is worked out to elaborate on weaknesses recognition within the com-pany. The analysis is used to enhance precision of the Balanced Scorecard concept creation. Finally, the concept for MEAS CZ, Ltd is proposed. The goal of the master thesis is to im-plement the concept of Balanced Scorecard into company performance measurement and management system. |
