dc.description.abstract	Tématem mé bakalářské práce je analýza systému řízení nákladů ve společnosti TON a.s. Je rozložena do dvou částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na kritickou analýzu dostupných literárních pravmenů týkajících se řízení nákladů ve společnosti. Zaměřuji se na oblast nákladů a jejich řízení ve společnosti (kalkulace, rozpočty a technickohospodářské normy). V rámci praktické části mé práce je nejprve provedena situační analýza podniku a poté analýza systému řízení nákladů. Na základě této analýzy jsem identifikovala přednosti a nedostatky v tomto systému řízení nákladů. Výstupem mé práce je návrh na efektivnější řízení nákladů ve společnosti, který je založen na využití kapacitiního členění nákladů při sestavování kalkulací.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of my bachelor thesis is the analysis of the system management cost in the TON joint sock company. It is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is aimed at the critical analysis of the accesible literature sources concerning the system mangement cost in the company. I focused on the cost problems and its management in the company (the calcu-lation, the budgets, the technical and economical standards). In the practical part of my assignment first the situational analysis of the enterprise and the following analysis of the system management cost were made. The result of my work is the proposal of more effective system management cost in the company which is based on the usage of the capacity cost division for the setting calculation.	en
