Diplomová práce se zabývá kvalitou sociálních služeb ve střediscích občanského sdružení Hvězda z pohledu jejich uživatelů. Teoretická část shrnuje dostupné informace o sociálních službách, neziskovém sektoru, marketingu ve zdravotnictví a nákladech ve zdravotnictví a sociálních službách. Praktická část obsahuje analýzy a dotazníkové šetření, napomáhající ke zjištění současného stavu v oblasti kvality sociálních služeb. Na základě provedených analýz je zpracován projekt na zlepšení kvality sociálních služeb ve vztahu k nákladům občanského sdružení Hvězda. Na závěr je projekt podroben časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze a zhodnocen z hlediska jeho implementace do praxe. |

The Master thesis deals with the quality of social services in the centres of civic society Hvězda in terms of their users. The theoretical part summarizes available information about social services, non-profit sector, marketing in health care and costs in health care and social services. Practical part includes analysis and questionnaire used for finding out present situation in field quality of social services. Based on these analyses, the project of improving the quality of social services in relation to the costs of the civic association Hvězda is worked up. Finally, the project is subjected to time, cost and risk analysis and evaluated in terms of its implementation into practice. |
