dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé diplomové práce, s názvem Aplikace metody SMED na vybraný výrobní proces, je zkrácení času potřebného pro přetypování na lince TL 35. Teoretická část je věnována literárním poznatkům týkající se průmyslového inženýrství a metody SMED. Analytická část je zaměřena na představení společnosti, vybraného střediska a především na analýzu současného postupu při přetypování. Projektová část je již samotnou implementací metody SMED a výstupem je jízdní řád, který určuje nový postup při přetypování linky TL 35.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my thesis, titled Application of the SMED method on the production process, is a reduction of a time necessary for rebuilding on the line TL 35. The theoretical part is devoted to literary knowledge related to issues of industrial engineering and to the SMED method. The analytical part focuses on the performance of the company, selected center and mainly on the analysis of the current procedure of reconstruction. The project itself is already part of the implementation of SMED method and output is a schedule that sets a new procedure for rebuilding on the line TL 35.	en
