Práce s názvem Projekt zlepšení logistických procesů ve firmě greiner assistec, s.r.o. je analýzou skladového hospodářství a logistických systémů v dané firmě. Teoretická část je věnována popisu dosavadních poznatků z oblasti logistiky a to se zamě-řením převážně na problematiku skladování, zásob a nové přístupy k řízení logistických procesů. Praktická část identifikuje současný stav logistických procesů v konkrétní firmě a navrhuje nová řešení, přičemž je kladen důraz na finanční stránku a na uspoření nákladů. |
