dc.description.abstract	Smyslem této bakalářské práce bylo vypracovat přehled literárních poznatků zaměřující se na problematiku finanční analýzy. Dále vymezit ukazatele finanční analýzy, zhodnotit je a posoudit finanční zdraví podniku. Na závěr navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení současného stavu. V teoretické části se zabývám charakteristikou finanční analýzy, jako jednou ze základních metod pro vyjádření finanční situace podniku. Nejdříve jsem definoval zdroje informací finanční analýzy se zaměřením na účetní výkazy. V dalších kapitolách popisuji postup a metody finanční analýzy a na závěr teoretické části se věnuji způsobům vyhodnocení ukazatelů. Úvodní kapitola analytické části obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku společnosti J&H, spol. s r. o. Holešov, její silné a slabé stránky včetně stručného výčtu jejích dodavatelů a odběratelů. V následujících kapitolách se již podrobně věnuji analýze ukazatelů, které jsem rozdělil do čtyř skupin podle metody jejich výpočtu (absolutní, rozdílové, poměrové a souhrnné ukazatele) a jejichž stav jsem srovnával s hodnotami dosaženými v minulosti a s danými optimálními hodnotami. V závěrečné části bakalářské práce jsem vypracoval stručné shrnutí výsledků finanční analýzy a návrh doporučení pro zlepšení současného stavu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this dissertation thesis is to work out the view of literary findings which are focused on the financial analysis' issues. There are also defined and analysed the indicators of the financial analysis, and reviewed the financial health of a company. At the end I suggested the arrangements leading to the improvement of the present state. In the theoretical part I deal with the characteristics of a financial analysis, as one of the basic methods for determination of the financial situation of the company. Firstly I define the information sources with the focus on financial reporting. In other parts I descibe the process and methods of financial analysis and at the end of the theoretical part I am concerned with the ways of the indicators' reviewing. The introductory chapter contains a short characteristic of the company J+H, spol. s r. o. Holešov, and its strengths and weaknesses incuding the brief summary of its customers and suppliers. In next chapters I attend to the analysis of indicators in detail. I devided them into four groups according to the method of its calculation (the absolute indicators, the difference indicators, the ratio indicators and the total/general indicators). I compared the obtained resultant values with the ones achieved in former times and also with the optimal values. In the final part of my dissertation I worked out the brief summary of the financial analysis' results and put forward the arrangements leading to the improvement of the status quo.	en
