Finanční řízení je souhrn mnoha důležitých úkolů ekonomického úseku firmy. Aby rozhodování bylo efektivní, je potřeba analyzovat výsledky činnosti firmy z účetních výkazů a interních účetních materiálů. To je cílem mé bakalářské práce. Problémy analýzy finančního řízení zaměřím na oblast malého a středního podnikání. Závěrem zhodnotím výsledky analyzovaných ukazatelů a navrhnu řešení, která by vedla ke zlepšení situace. |

Financial guidance is one of many important tasks of economic section of the firm. For efficient decision - making, we need to analyze results of company activities. Annual statements and internal accounting reports will be our sources. That is the goal of this Bachelor work. The problems of financial guidance will be focused on small and medium enterprises sector. On the end of my work, I will evaluate achieved results, coming out the analyzed indicators, and then I will suggest solutions, which would lead to the improvement of the situation. |
