dc.description.abstract	Tahle práce je zaměřená na vytvoření krátkodobého finančního plánu podniku, dle kterého se podnik v následujícím období bude řídit. Tahle plán pomůže společnosti Emerson a.s. v její predikci budoucího vývoje okolí ve kterém se nachází a zároveň pomůže v analýze jejich nákladů i výnosu a zároveň určí plánovanou rozvahu podle vývoje tržeb. Tímhle způsobem se podnik může připravit na nadcházející období.	cs
