dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé bakalářské práce je seznámit a dát částečné řešení k omezení výskytu nedobyt-ných pohledávek, řešení závazků ve společnosti Ploma, a.s Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V první části je na základě kritické rešerše odborné literatury vysvětlena problematika po-hledávek a závazků a jejich řízení. Další část obsahuje analýzu řízení pohledávek a závazků ve společnosti PLOMA,a.s V závěru práce jsou majitelům společnosti navržena doporučení, která by mohla přispět ke zlepšení práce s pohledávkami a závazky.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	An aim of my thesis is to give information and to partly show the solution leading to limi-tation of irrecoverable claims and liabilities in Ploma, a.s. The thesis is divided into theo-retical and practical part. In the first part of my thesis I explain, based on professional literature critical search the issue of irrecoverable claims and liabilities is explained there. In next part you would be acquainted with analysis of the irrecoverable claims and liabili-ties management in PLOMA, a.s. In conclusion of the thesis there you can find an advice to company owners that shall con-tribute to improvements in the field of dealing with irrecoverable claims and liabilities.	en
