dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat dotační politiku Zlínského kraje v oblasti kultury v letech 2009?2011 a porovnat dotační programy ve vybraných krajích České republiky, prozkoumat další možnosti finanční podpory kultury z Evropských dotačních a operačních programů a rovněž zamyšlení se nad významem kultury z hlediska udržitelnosti územní identity. Cílem analýzy je naleznout optimální řešení na změnu podmínek pro nastavení Fondu kultury Zlínského kraje.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this Bachelor work is to analyze the subsidy policy of the Zlin region in the field of culture in the years 2009?2011 and compare the subsidy programs in selected regions of the Czech Republic, to explore further possibilities of financial support of culture from the European subsidy and operational programs and also reflect on the importance of culture in terms of territorial sustainability identity. The aim of the analysis is to find an optimal solution to change the conditions for setting the Culture Fund of the Zlin Region.	en
