Práce se zabývá pracovní motivací a spokojeností zaměstnanců firmy BIKE FUN International s.r.o. Teoretická část tvoří terminologickou bázi, definuje pojmy jako je motivace, spokojenost zaměstnanců, firemní kultura, podává souhrn dosavadních poznatků a přístupů k problematice a předkládá metody měření pracovní spokojenosti. Praktická část nastiňuje způsob řízení lidských zdrojů ve firmě a její motivační strategii, a především ana-lyzuje spokojenost zaměstnanců na základě výstupů realizovaného dotazníkového šetření. Rozbor doplňuje zhodnocení používaných motivačních nástrojů a uzavírá jej souhrn dopo-ručení pro další práci s lidskými zdroji v oblasti motivace ve firmě s cílem zvýšit spokoje-nost jejích zaměstnanců. |

This thesis deals with motivation and job satisfaction of employees in BIKE FUN Interna-tional Ltd. Company. The theoretical part is based on terminology, defines terms such as motivation, job satisfaction, corporate culture, it summarizes the current knowledge and approaches to issues and presents methods of employee satisfaction survey. The practical part outlines the way of human resources management in the company and its incentive strategy, and particularly it analyses the employee satisfaction based on the outcomes of the survey realized. The analysis is completed by the evaluation of motivational tools, and it concludes a summary of recommendations for further work with human resources in the company in the area of motivation with the intention to increase its employee satisfaction. |
