dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce je na základě rozboru organizační struktury firmy ZAMET, spol. s r. o. popsat jednotlivé pracovní pozice zaměstnanců a následně navrhnout způsob jejich odměňování. Tato bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. První část se bude věnovat výkladu a shrnutí teoretických poznatků souvisejících s tématem bakalářské práce, které budou čerpány z odborných publikací. V druhé, praktické části, budou uvedeny důležité informace sloužící pro seznámení s firmou. Dále bude práce obsahovat rozbor organizační struktury firmy, na jehož základě bude navrhnut popis pracovního místa zaměstnanců firmy ZAMET, spol. s r.o. a následně navržen způsob odměňování těchto pracovníků.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this bachelor thesis is on basis of analysis of the organizational structure of the company ZAMET, spol. s r. o. describe individual job positions of the employees and then to propose a system of their remuneration. This bachelor thesis contains of two parts - theoretical and practical. The first part will focus on theoretical interpretation and summary of knowledge related to the topic of the bachelor thesis, which will be gathered from professional publications. In the second - practical part, there will be stated important information used for familiarization with the company. Further, the bachelor thesis will include analysis of the organizational structure of the company and job description of the employees of the company will be suggested on its basis. Then the system of remuneration of these employees will be proposed.	en
