Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou obranných prostředků, které jsou využívány pracovníky průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Teoretická část hodnotí jednotlivé aspekty, které na pracovníka působí při používání obranných prostředků, dále pak rozebírá příklady správného i špatného provedení obranných situací, kdy došlo k použití obranných prostředků a vhodně charakterizuje a rozděluje jednotlivé prostředky. Kromě již používaných obranných prostředků obsahuje také některé nové trendy a novinky v této oblasti. Praktická část práce charakterizuje vybrané profese PKB a analyzuje rizika, která těmto profesím hrozí, dále pak vybírá pro ně vhodné obranné prostředky. Dotazník zjišťuje, jak často jsou obranné prostředky využívány v praxi, jak probíhá trénink v bezpečnostních agenturách i jaký názor na ně má veřejnost. |

Bachelor work deals with issues of defence means that are used by Commercial Security Industry workers. The theoretical part assesses the individual aspects that affect the employee while using defence means. It also analyses the examples of good and bad use of defence means and appropriately subdivides and characterizes individual means. In addition to already used defence means, the work also contains some of the new trends and innovations in this area. The practical part describes selected professions of Commercial Security Industry and analyses the risks that pose a threat to these professions and then suggests suitable defence means for them. The survey determines how often are the defence means used in practice, how is the training being carried out in the Security Agencies and what is the public opinion on defence means in general. |
