Tato práce se zabývá finanční analýzou firmy H.D.C.,s.r.o., v níž jsem pracovala několik let, a jež od roku 1991 působí na našem i zahraničním trhu v oblasti nákupu, zpracování a prodeje zpracované suroviny jak našim odběratelům, tak odběratelům v zahraničí.Podrobila jsem finanční analýze posledních 6 let zatímního působení firmy H.D.C.,s.r.o. na našem a zahraničním trhu.Při analýze jsem vycházela z rozvahy, výkazu zisku a ztrát a cash flow.V bakalářské práci jsem se soustředila na rozbor jednotlivých ukazatelů jenž poskytují obraz o vývoji, působení a rozvoji či úpadku firmy H.D.C.,s.r.o. a samozřejmě i celého kožedělného odvětví v naší republice. Finanční analýza se zabývá analýzou majetkové a finanční struktury firmy, analýzou absolutních ukazatelů, analýzou poměrových ukazatelů, rozdílových ukazatelů a dalších uváděných ukazatelů jenž jsou součástí analýzy. Závěr bakalářské práce se zabývá zhodnocením výsledků firmy H.D.C.,s.r.o. v analyzovaném období a následná doporučení firmě pro zlepšení jejího působení na trhu. |

This thesis analyzes financial aspects of the H.D.C s.r.o., in which I have worked for few past years, a which since 1991 merchandises on local and foreign markets in department of purchasing, processing and selling processed resource on one hand to ours customers and on the other to customers in abroad. I analysed the last six years of H.D.C.,s.r.o operations. The analysis was based on the balance, profit and loss statements and cash flow. In the Bachelor thesis I concentrated on the analysis of each singular indicator which helped to create the real image of its evolution, operations, development and failures and of course even the tanning branch in our republic. Financial analysis deals with property and financial structure of the subject, analysis of absolute indicators, analysis of the measurment indicators, difference indicators and other introduced indicators. The ending of the Bachelor thesis is basicly revaluating the results of the firm H.D.C., s.r.o. in the analysed period and following recomendations to the firm for their improvement on the market |
