dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je rozbor motivačního systému v daném podniku. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmy z oblasti motivace. Popisuje různé zdroje motivace a možné motivační nástroje. Velká část práce se zabývá rozborem nejznámějších motivačních teorií. V druhé polovině práce jsou uplatněny teoretické poznatky v praxi. Celá praktická část je zaměřena na vyhodnocení dotazníkového šíření. Závěr práce pak uvádí možná doporučení pro podnik ke zlepšení motivace svých zaměstnanců.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of a motivational system in a certain enterprise. The theoretical part deals with terms related to the field of motivation. It describes various sources of motivation and possible motivational tools. The major part of the work focuses on an analysis of the most famous motivation theories. In the other half of the thesis the theoretical findings are applied in practice. The entire practical part is aimed at the evaluation of a questionnaire survey. In the end there are certain recommendations made for the enterprise to improve the motivation of its employees.	en
