dc.description.abstract	Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce bolo vytvoriť informačný systém pracovných úrazov pre firmu BT Servis so sídlom v Starom Měste. Systém by mal spĺňať funkciu zadávania údajov podľa nariadenia vlády 201/2010 Zb. V teoretickej časti je podrobne vysvetlená problematika evidencie pracovných úrazov. Ďalej aj základné pojmy a požiadavky pre vytvorenie evidenčného systému a jeho webového rozhrania. V praktickej časti sú popísané jednotlivé časti databázy ako aj užívateľské rozhranie. Vysvetlené sú aj časti zdrojových kódov a taktiež sú opísané aj základné bezpečnostné opatrenia, ktoré sú použité v tomto systéme.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis was to create an information system accidents happened in work for BT Service company based in Starom Měste. The system should meet the function with data entry according to the Government 201/2010 Coll. In theoretical part is detaily explained the issue of registration of working accidents. Furthermore, the basic concepts and requirements are explained for creation a registration system and its web interface. The practical part describes the different parts of the database and user interface. Also part of the source code are explained and describes the basic security measures that are used in this system.	en
