Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou získávání, výběru a přijímání zaměstnanců ve firmě ON SEMICONDUCTOR CZECH REPUBLIC, s.r.o., právní nástupce. Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsat systém získávání, výběru a přijímání zaměstnanců dle literárních zdrojů a poté stanovit teoretická východiska pro zpracování části praktické. Cílem praktické části bakalářské práce je zpracovat analýzu současného stavu systému přijímání zaměstnanců ve firmě ON SEMICONDUCTOR CZECH REPUBLIC, s.r.o., právní nástupce a následně vyhodnotit přednosti a nedostatky tohoto systému. Závěrečná část zahrnuje zpracování návrhů a doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení současného systému přijímání zaměstnanců ve firmě ON SEMICONDUCTOR CZECH REPUBLIC, s.r.o., právní nástupce. |
