Tématem mojí bakalářské práce je Analýza konkurenceschopnosti firmy Kovocité, a.s. Má bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabývám pojmy konkurence, strategie, vnitřní a vnější analýza podniku a průmyslovými metodami. V praktické části se zaměřuju na základní informace o podniku, odběratelsko-dodavatelských vztazích, dále se zaměřuju na výrobní sortiment, analýzu výrobního systé-mu se zaměřením na metody průmyslového inženýrství, ke konci své bakalářské práce provedu analýzu dvou konkurenčních firem a v poslední části si dovolím napsat doporuče-ní, které by dle mého názoru pomohlo firmě k lepší konkurenceschopnosti. |

The topic of this bachelor thesis is analysis of the competitiveness of company Kovocité, Inc. My thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part I concentrate on the concepts of competition, strategy, internal and external analysis of the company by industrial methods. In the practical part I concentrate on the basic informati-ons about the company, buyer and supplier relationships, then it is product assortment, the analysis of the production system with a focus on industrial engineering methods, in the end of my bachelor thesis I do analyze of two competing companies and in the last chapter I recommend this analysis to the company, which can helps it be more competitive in my opinion. |
