dc.description.abstract	Cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo zoznámiť sa s krízovým manažmentom za účelom predchádzania vzniku krízovým situáciám. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá problematikou krízového manažmentu a popisu jednotlivých krízových situácií. Ďalej obsahuje charakteristiku pôsobnosti jednotlivých orgánov manažmentu civilnej ochrany na území Slovenskej republiky a popis zložiek integrovaného záchranného systému. Praktická časť obsahuje analýzu možného vzniku mimoriadnej udalosti na území mesta Martin, ktorá je doplnená o preventívne opatrenia vykonávané v danom meste. Súčasťou bakalárskej práce je vypracovaný dotazník zameraný na informovanosť obyvateľov v rámci civilnej ochrany, na základe ktorého bol vyvodený záver a následné doporučenia pre mesto Martin.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor thesis was to introduce crisis management, in order to avoid rise the crisis situations. The theoretical part deals with crisis management and a description of crisis situations. Secondly, it includes a description of the scope of management of civil protection authorities in the territory of Slovak republic and the description of the components of the Integrated Rescue System. The practical part contains an analysis of possible emergencies in the Martin city, which is accompanied by preventive measures implemented in the city. In the thesis is developed questionnaire on the awareness of people's civil protection, under which it was concluded and the subsequent recommendations for the Martin city.	en
