dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je Analýza konkurenceschopnosti ve společnosti Uvax, s.r.o. Hlavním cílem práce je shromáždit nejdůležitější informace a podrobně analyzovat společ-nost pomocí metod: SWOT analýzy, Porterovy analýzy pěti konkurenčních sil, BCG matice a PEST analýzy. Následně srovnám společnost s nejvýznamnějšími konkurenty a z výsledků získaných v analýze se pokusím doporučit určitá opatření a zlepšení, která by mohla vést ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku na trhu.	cs
