dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá vnitrofiremní komunikací ve firmě KSK BONO s.r.o. První část této práce přináší přehled o literárních poznatcích zabývajících se problematikou ko-munikace uvnitř firmy. Tím je stanovena výchozí podoba pro analytickou část práce. Tím je stanovena výchozí podoba pro analytickou část práce, ve které je věnována pozornost stávající podobě interní komunikace a informačním tokům ve firmě. Podkladem pro analý-zu byl sběr dat na základě dotazníkového šetření. Výběrovým souborem bylo na jedné stra-ně vedení společnosti a na straně druhé TH pracovníci KSK BONO s.r.o. Cílem tohoto rozdělení bylo zjistit, jak vnímají obě strany vnitrofiremní komunikaci a do jaké míry se na ní shodují. Projektová část práce jasně naznačuje, jakým směrem by se měla firma vydat, aby si prostřednictvím interní komunikace zajistila dlouhodobou úspěšnost.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The master thesis discusses internal communication in KSK BONO s.r.o. The first part of this work brings view of literary finding, which deals with dilemma of internal communi-cation. Thereby is set out starting position for analytical part of my work. In analytical part is paid attention to existing form of internal communication and information flows in com-pany. The questionnaire survey was chosen as a method of data collection. Selective file was made by top management of KSK BONO s.r.o. on one hand, and by other employees on the other hand. The goal of this allocation was to find out, how both sides feel situation of internal communication in company and if they could agree on it. The project part clearly indicates which line the company should take to ensures permanent success through internal communication.	en
