Práca sa zaoberá elimináciou plytvania v nevýrobnej oblasti. V teoretickej časti sú popísané druhy plytvania, metódy odhalenia a metódy eliminácie, ktoré sú použité v praktickej časti. Súčasťou teoretickej časti je aj popis priemyselného inžinierstva a história jeho vzniku. V praktickej časti je spracovaná analýza súčasného stavu pomocou zvolených metód a následne vypracovaný návrh možnosti eliminácie plytvania vo vybraných procesoch. |

The component of theoretical part is the description of industrial engineering and history of its origin. The practical part is written about the current state using selected methods and follow-up proposal to eliminate the possibility of wasting in selected processes. |
