dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza a zhodnocení systému skladování a dopravy v konkrétním podniku a následný návrh jejich optimalizace. Teoretická část práce se zabývá objasněním pojmů logistiky, dále charakterizuje zásoby, skladování a také informační technologie, které se v logistice využívají. Další bod je věnován dopravě, jako součásti logistických systémů. V praktické části je provedena analýza skladování a dopravy ve společnosti Víno Blatel a.s., zhodnocení současných procesů a navržení vhodných řešení, které povedou ke snížení firemních nákladů spojených se skladováním a dopravou.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of thesis was to describe through the analysis and assessment of the storage and transport system in a particular company and their subsequent plan for optimization. The theoretical part deals with the clarification of logistic terms, also it characterizes stock, storage and information technology used in logistic. Another section deals with the transport as a part of the logistic systems. The practical part includes analysis of storage and transport in Víno Blatel plc, assessing of its current process and proposing suitable solutions that would lead to reduction in costs joint with the storage and transport.	en
