dc.description.abstract	Analýza neboli řízení skladového hospodářství je v první části zaměřena na všeobecné poznatky o skladech, klasifikaci zásob a skladových a manipulačních systémech. Pozornost je také věnována informačnímu systému a personálu ve skladech. Druhá část je zaměřena na představení firmy KOVOT INVEST s.r.o., popis a analýzu skladového hospodářství ve firmě. Na základě provedené analýzy je navrženo řešení nedostatků.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The analysis or the management of the stock economy focuses in the first part on the gen-eral knowledge of the warehouses, the classification of the stocks, and the stocks and han-dling systems. Attention is also paid to the information system and to the staff at ware-houses. The second part focuses on the performances of KOVOT INVEST s.r.o. compa-ny, the description and analyses of the stock holding in this company. On the basis of the carried out analysis it is proposed how to tackle the short comings.	en
