Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Analýza konkurenceschopnosti ve společnosti Continental Matador Truck Tires s.r.o. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. Hlavním cílem této práce je doporučit určitá opatření na základě jednotlivých analýz, a to SWOT analýzy, PEST analýzy a Porterova modelu. Toto téma jsem si vybral, protože podle mého názoru je velmi důležité, abychom předčili konkurenci a neustále ji sledovali a taktéž abychom byli schopni okamžitě reagovat na změny. |
