Cílem této práce je přiblížit pojem právní stát, jeho principy a především garanci sociálních jistot obyvatel právního státu. Dále se v teoretické části budu hlouběji věnovat problematice důchodové reformy v České republice, zejména o jejím průběhu a jejích základních pilířích. V praktické části potom zkoumám, jaký postoj k důchodové reformě mají zlínští občané. Dále se také budu věnovat návrhům opatření, které by měly směřovat k udržitelné garanci sociálních jistot v právním státě. |
