dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce ?Analýza odměňování pracovníků ve veřejném sektoru? je rozbor současné situace v odměňování ve veřejných službách a správě a možné trendy vývoje v této oblasti ve vztahu k mekroekonomickým ukazatelům. Teoretická část se zabývá odměňováním pracovníků obecně. V praktické části je analyzován stav ve veřejném sektoru a zejména daná problematika ve vztahu k Policii České republiky v Jihomoravském kraji. Služebním příjmům policistů je věnována i výzkumná část této práce.	cs
