dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl analyzovat legislativu Evropské Unie v oblasti rizik se zaměřením na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci. První část je zaměřena na vznik EU, v druhé části jsou popsány instituce a právní systém EU. Třetí část je zaměřena na legislativu EU v oblasti rizik se zaměřením na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci a čtvrtou část tvoří výzkumné šetření zaměřené na implementaci legislativy EU do praxe.	cs
