Vývoj písma však nebyl nikterak rychlý a přímočarý, byl cestou s mnoha zastaveními, cestou četných slepých uliček a mnohých ustrnulých forem. Přesto je možné tento vývoj přehledně sumarizovat, poněvadž, jako každý obor lidské činnosti, bylo i světové písemnictví vždy podřízeno diktátu vzájemné souslednosti jevů, poznatků kulturních, jazykových, technických i technologických. Žádný mezistupeň nebyl náhodný, naopak vždy byl přirozeným vyústěním momentální výtvarné a myšlenkové úrovně a technického rozvoje. |

Development of literature has never been fast, and straightforward. It has always been the process with lot of turnarounds, one ways, and many legacy forms. Despite this we can summarize that progress. We can do this also because like every field of human activity also world's literature has been under pressure of consequencies in history, culture, linguistic knowledge, and progress in technology. No progress has ever been accidental. Every step has always been natural in the current context of cultural, and mind level, and also technical progress. |
