Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu rizik bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. V teoretické části je charakterizována bezpečnost práce, legislativní dokumenty bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, orgány státního odborného dozoru, dále management rizika, analýza a prevence rizik. Praktická část obsahuje způsob zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve společnosti AGROS Moravia spol. s r. o., seznam rizik jednotlivých činností, jejich hodnocení a rozhodnutí o přijatelnosti rizik. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy firmě navrhnout nápravná opatření ke snížení míry rizika pro zaměstnance. |

The bachelor thesis is focused on risk analysis of safety and health at work. In the theoretical part is characterized safety of work, legislative documents of safety and health at work, supervision of state authorities as well as risk management, risk analysis and risk prevention. The practical part includes a method of ensuring safety and health at work in the company AGROS Moravia spol. s r. o., a list of risks of individual activities, their evaluation and decision on the acceptability of risks. The aim of thesis is to propose corrective measures to reduce the risk for workers according to the analysis. |
