dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá principy a metodami motivace pracovníků v organizaci. V teoretické části je rozebrána definice motivace, zdroje motivace a různé typy motivace. Dále se zabývá teorií motivace a charakterizuje motivační strategii. Rozebírá také manažerská pravidla a motivaci v organizaci. V praktické části je rozebírána problematika motivace ve společnosti OVB Allfinanz a.s. Následuje seznámení se sběrem dat, dotazníkové šetření a vyhodnocení tohoto šetření. V poslední části jsou uvedeny výsledky šetření, návrhy a doporučení, jak by se dala zlepšit motivace pracovníků v této společnosti.	cs

The theoretical part analyzes the definition of motivation, resources, motivation, and different types of motivation.
