dc.description.abstract	Obsahem této bakalářské práce je analýza trhu práce v oblasti krizového řízení v Olo-mouckém kraji. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části teoretickou, praktickou. Teoretická část definuje základní aspekty trhu práce, krizového řízení a osobu krizového manažera. Praktická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku ekonomických subjektů na trhu práce a problematiku nezaměstnanosti v Olomouckém kraji. Důležitou součástí praktické části je dotazníkový průzkum zaměřený na krizové řízení v soukromém sektoru a jeho vy-hodnocení.	cs
