dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku uplatňování principů a metod motivace pracovníků v podniku. Teoretická část se zabývá základními pojmy z oblasti motivace, dále principy a metodami motivace a jejími nejvýznamnějšími teoriemi, které jsou popsány na základě prostudování literatury. Praktická část popisuje společnost Wanzl spol. s r.o., dále je popsán a analyzován současný stav motivace pracovníků. Na základě provedené analýzy je v závěru práce uvedeno několik doporučení pro zlepšení zjištěných nedostatků.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of applying principles and methods of moti-vation in a company. The theoretical part deals with basic terms from the area of motivati-on, principles and motivational methods and it's the best known theories, which are descri-bed based on the study of literature. The practical part of this thesis describes the company Wanzl Ltd. Further is described and analyzed current staff's motivation. Based on the ana-lysis is stated several recommendations for improving identified deficiencies in the conclu-sion of this thesis.	en
