dc.description.abstract	Tématem této diplomové práce je vytvoření projektu implementace metod průmyslového inženýrství do společnosti XY. Výstupem této práce je zvýšení produktivity vybraného pracoviště a sloučení dvou samostatných výrobních jednotek do jednoho procesu. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše sloužící jako podklad k praktické části prá-ce a je v ní zpracovaný vývoj oboru průmyslového inženýrství a vybrané metody, které byly použité k analýze současného stavu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of diploma thesis is implementation of methods of industrial engineering to company XY. Output of this work is increasing the productivity of selected workplace and unification of two separated manufacture units to one process. In theoretical part is processed literary research used as a base to practical part. Theoretical part contains analysis of development of industrial engineering and selected methods that were used to analyse the current situation. Second part is dedicated to detailed research of current situation and practical usage of findings to reach required results of diploma thesis.	en
