dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce na téma ,,Analýza plánování a řízení výroby v automobilovém průmyslu (plastové komponenty)? se zabývá problematikou plánování a řízení výroby. Na příkladu firmy MAIER CZ s.r.o., práce rozebírá praktické využití plánování a řízení výroby. První část práce věnuje pozornost teoretickým poznatkům problematiky, druhá část se zaměřuje na analyzování procesu realizace výroby, která na základě provedené analýzy odhaluje nedostatky. Navrhuje možná řešení s cílem snížení nákladů na výrobu a vyčísluje možné úspory, které by mohly při zavedení opatření vzniknout.	cs
