Tato práce se zabývá monitorováním obsahu rtuti v houbách. V teoretické části se nachází stručná charakteristika rtuti, charakteristika hub a přehled o monitorování obsahu rtuti v houbách. Praktická část bakalářské práce se týká samotného stanovení rtuti ve vzorcích nasbíraných hub a odebraných půd. Vzorky byly odebírány na vybraných územích, a to v okolí obce Huslenky a v okolí města Vsetín. Rtuť ve vzorcích byla stanovena pomocí přístroje AMA 254. Celkem byla rtuť stanovena ve 112 vzorcích 35 druhů hub. Naměřené hodnoty jsou porovnány ve výsledkové části. Největší koncentrace rtuti byla naměřena v hřibu dubovém (Boletus reticulatus), hřibu smrkovém (Boletus edulis), dále v bedle vysoké (Macrolepiota procera) a pýchavce obecné (Lycoperdon perlatum). |

This work deals with monitoring of mercury in mushrooms. The theoretical part is brief description of mercury, characteristics of mushrooms and an overview of monitoring mercury in mushrooms. The practical part of the thesis concerns determination of mercury in samples collected mushrooms and soil samples. Samples were taken at selected areas, around the village Huslenky and around the city Vsetín. Contents of mercury in the samples were determined using an apparatus AMA 254. Contents of mercury were determined in 112 fruiting body samples of 35 edible mushroom species. The highest mercury concentrations were observed in samples of Boletus reticulatus, Boletus edulis, followed by Macrolepiota procera and in Lycoperdon perlatum. |
